About the Role

Ekansh Global is looking for a dedicated Customer Support & Client Coordination Executive to manage communication with our existing B2B clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to maintain long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular communication with existing B2B clients.

  • Understand client needs and provide timely updates, support, and solutions.

  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Build strong, long-term relationships to improve client satisfaction and retention.

  • Handle client queries through calls, emails, and messages.

  • Prepare basic client reports and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).

  • Experience in customer support, client coordination, or B2B communication preferred.

  • Ability to handle multiple clients and maintain positive relationships.

  • Good organizational and follow-up skills.

  • Professional, polite, and confident personality.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (preferred).

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers with good communication can also apply).

Salary:
