Customer Support Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage client interactions and backend coordination in our jewellery operations. The candidate will handle customer queries, support order processing, and ensure a smooth experience from enquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email in a professional manner

• Provide accurate information about gold, diamond, and other jewellery products

• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and follow-ups

• Coordinate with the showroom, sales, and backend teams for order updates

• Maintain customer database and update records in ERP/software

• Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate when required

• Support billing coordination and dispatch processes

• Ensure timely communication and high customer satisfaction

Skills & Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in customer support/retail/jewellery industry preferred

• Basic knowledge of jewellery (gold/diamond) is an advantage

• Strong communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/ERP systems

• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Female candidates preferred

• Experience in a jewellery showroom or backend operations

• Customer handling experience in retail or e-commerce

Work Timings:

10:00 AM – 7:30 PM

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with Freshers.
