Customer Support Executive

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for the Traya Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, understanding customer concerns, providing accurate information, and ensuring timely resolution of queries.

This is a non-sales and non-target-based customer support role. Candidates should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle calls professionally.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls in a polite, professional, and empathetic manner.

• Understand customer concerns, ask relevant questions, and identify the correct resolution.

• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, appointments, and other customer-related requests.

• Resolve customer queries within the defined process and service timelines.

• Coordinate with internal teams when a concern requires further investigation or support.

• Escalate complex, urgent, or unresolved cases to the concerned team with complete details.

• Maintain proper call records, customer details, and actions taken in the CRM system.

• Follow all process guidelines, quality standards, compliance requirements, and data-privacy policies.

• Ensure clear communication and maintain a positive experience throughout every customer interaction.

• Handle customer objections calmly and provide suitable assistance based on approved processes.

• Keep updated with process changes, product information, and knowledge-base updates.

• Support customers in Hindi, English, and one regional language as required.
