Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive / Telecaller who can communicate with clients, explain our legal services, answer basic queries, and schedule consultations with our legal team. The candidate should have good communication skills and a professional attitude.
Responsibilities
Call potential clients and respond to incoming inquiries.
Explain the firm's legal services in a clear and professional manner.
Follow up with leads and existing clients.
Schedule appointments and consultations for the legal team.
Collect basic client information and maintain records.
Answer customer questions and direct complex legal queries to the concerned team.
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding appointments and documentation.
Ensure a positive client experience through courteous and professional communication.
Requirements
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Telugu.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
Confidence in handling phone calls and customer interactions.
Good listening and follow-up skills.
