Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of customer support representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
Oversee daily operations of the customer support team, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
Develop and implement customer support policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance service quality.
Monitor team performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
Handle escalated customer queries and resolve complex issues promptly.
