Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Jagatpura, Jaipur
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off
Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our support team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
Resolve customer queries related to services or products
Provide accurate and timely information to customers
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up as needed
Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution of issues
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Basic computer knowledge
Customer service experience is a plus, but freshers can also apply
