We are building a strong B2B platform connecting manufacturers, distributors, dealers, and retailers across Pan India. We are now expanding into the B2C (B2B2C) segment under InteriorBazar.com to connect end customers with verified local retailers.


Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through effective communication and engagement.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups efficiently

Customer Engagement & Support

  • Regularly interact with customers to ensure satisfaction

  • Maintain a positive customer experience across all touchpoints

  • Conduct feedback calls and improve service quality

Data Management & CRM

  • Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems

  • Track customer interactions and update records

  • Generate reports and analyze customer data

Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations)

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and support for new clients


Required Skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving ability

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office

  • Customer-centric approach

  • Ability to multitask and work in a team


Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate in any field

  • 0–1 year experience in customer service, or sales (Freshers can apply)

  • Languages: English & Hindi (Mandatory)
