Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer-focused and technically skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, chat, and other channels, resolving their issues and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, such as Sales and Product Development, to resolve customer issues and improve our products and services.

  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development to improve knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.

2. Experience: 0-1 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other productivity tools.

4. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

5. Language: Fluency in English , Hindi and Marathi.
