Domestic insurance experience or solid customer-handling skills is a strong plus.

🎯 Required Skillset

• Excellent English & Hindi communication

• Clear speech, no MTI/RTI

• Strong customer service mindset

• Graduate in any field

💼 Experience

• Open for freshers

• Experienced (1+ year BPO) eligible for higher CTC

• Preference for candidates with domestic insurance / sales / customer service background

💰 Salary

• Freshers: based on interview

• Experienced (1+ year BPO): Up to ₹40,000 CTC

🗓 Shifts & Working Days

• Rotational shifts

• Females: Day shift until 8 PM

• Males: Rotational

• 6 days working
