Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Blended /Hi Skills(Outbound Calling) / Chat Process)

Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for multiple processes including Blended (Email + Voice), Outbound Calling, and Chat Support. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, basic typing proficiency, and the ability to handle customer interactions across different channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions via calls, emails, or chat depending on the assigned process

• Make a minimum of 40 outbound calls per day (for outbound process); failure to meet targets may impact payout

• Resolve customer queries effectively and provide appropriate solutions

• Maintain quality and productivity standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (undergraduate) – original mark sheet required at the time of joining

• Freshers must have:

• Aadhaar linked with a nationalized bank account

• No prior work experience under NAPS

• Experienced candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of BPO experience (with valid proof)

Skills Required:

• Typing speed:

• 35 WPM (Blended/Chat)

• 25 WPM (Outbound Calling)

• Good communication skills (Skill Level 4 & above)

• Ability to multitask and handle customer interactions efficiently

• Confidence in handling voice and/or non-voice processes

Work Details:

• Shift duration: 9 hours

• Working window: 7:00 AM to 2:00 AM (Blended/Chat) / 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM (hi skill\Outbound)

• Rotational shifts for male candidates within the working window

• No night shifts for female candidates

Salary:

• Blended process :-   

Freshers : 14180 stipend (in hand 13800)                   

  Experienced : 18,500 CTC (first 3 month 16,370 in-hand after 3 month 17,159 without PF)

chat process :-                            Freshers : 15,330 CTC 14,900 In-hand                       

  Experienced : 20,500 CTC 19,000 In-hand without PF
