💼 Job Responsibilities
~Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
~Resolve customer queries and concerns effectively within defined timelines
~Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
~Follow company processes, policies, and quality standards
~Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
~Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Undergraduate)
~Freshers are welcome to apply
~Aadhaar must be linked with a nationalized bank account
~Candidate should not have prior enrollment in NAPS
~Minimum 6 months of experience preferred
🧠 Skills Required
~Good communication skills (Level 4 & above)
~Typing speed of minimum 25 WPM
~Basic computer knowledge
~Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills
⏰ Work Schedule
~9-hour shift within a window of 7:00 AM to 3:00 AM
~Rotational shifts (Male candidates)
~No night shifts for Female candidates
~6 days working
💰 Compensation & Benefits
~Experienced Candidates: ₹21,000 CTC/month (Approx. ₹19,000 in-hand)
~Freshers: ₹14,500 stipend (Approx. ₹14,000 in-hand)
🎓 Training & Onboarding
~30 Days Work From Home (WFH) Training
~Post training: Work From Office for nesting, certification, and operations
