🚨 Hiring: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives (Voice Process). The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards and delivering a positive customer experience.
💼 Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Resolve customer queries and concerns effectively within defined timelines
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow company processes, policies, and quality standards
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Undergraduate)
Freshers are welcome to apply
Aadhaar must be linked with a nationalized bank account
Candidate should not have prior enrollment in NAPS
Minimum 6 months of experience preferred (BPO or any private company – on paper)
🧠 Skills Required
Good communication skills (Level 4 & above)
Typing speed of minimum 25 WPM
Basic computer knowledge
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills
⏰ Work Schedule
9-hour shift within a window of 7:00 AM to 3:00 AM
Rotational shifts (Male candidates)
No night shifts for Female candidates
6 days working
💰 Compensation & Benefits
Experienced Candidates: ₹21,000 CTC/month (Approx. ₹19,000 in-hand)
Freshers: ₹14,500 stipend (Approx. ₹14,000 in-hand)
🎓 Training & Onboarding
30 Days Work From Home (WFH) Training
Post training: Work From Office for nesting, certification, and operations
