Job Description

🚨 Hiring: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives (Voice Process). The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards and delivering a positive customer experience.

💼 Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner

  • Resolve customer queries and concerns effectively within defined timelines

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Follow company processes, policies, and quality standards

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Undergraduate)

  • Freshers are welcome to apply

  • Aadhaar must be linked with a nationalized bank account

  • Candidate should not have prior enrollment in NAPS

  • Minimum 6 months of experience preferred (BPO or any private company – on paper)

🧠 Skills Required

  • Good communication skills (Level 4 & above)

  • Typing speed of minimum 25 WPM

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills

  • ⏰ Work Schedule

  • 9-hour shift within a window of 7:00 AM to 3:00 AM

  • Rotational shifts (Male candidates)

  • No night shifts for Female candidates

  • 6 days working

  • 💰 Compensation & Benefits

  • Experienced Candidates: ₹21,000 CTC/month (Approx. ₹19,000 in-hand)

  • Freshers: ₹14,500 stipend (Approx. ₹14,000 in-hand)

  • 🎓 Training & Onboarding

  • 30 Days Work From Home (WFH) Training

  • Post training: Work From Office for nesting, certification, and operations
