Job Title: USA Calling Executive (Manual & Predictive Dialing)

Location: Remote / Work From Home Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹15000 per month

Shift Timings: USA Time Zones (Mountain / Pacific / Eastern)

Working Hours: 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST (May fluctuate based on call volume)

Job Description: We are looking for a Call Center Executive (Female) to handle outbound calls for the US market. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working during night shifts and making 400–500 call attempts per shift using both manual and predictive dialers. This is a performance-driven role with a focus on achieving daily targets and maintaining quality conversations.

Responsibilities:

 Make outbound calls to US-based clients/customers.

 Use manual and predictive dialers efficiently depending on the campaign.

 Achieve daily call targets (approx. 400–500 attempts).

 Maintain call quality and follow provided scripts.

 Update CRM or call logs accurately after every interaction.

 Work in the assigned US time zone: Mountain, Pacific, or Eastern.

Requirements:

 Good communication skills in English (basic to intermediate fluency).

 Prior experience in USA calling / BPO / telemarketing preferred (Freshers with confidence can apply).

 Laptop/Desktop with stable internet connection.

 Ability to work night shifts consistently.

 Comfortable with fluctuating workload and adaptable to call volume surges.
