• Outbound calls karke candidates/customers ko job/service details batana

• Interested leads ka data collect karna

• Regular follow-up aur conversion

Customer Support Role:

• Incoming queries handle karna (Call / Chat / WhatsApp)

• Customer issues resolve karna

• Proper response aur support provide karna
