Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Telecallers / Customer Support Executives to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining services, and maintaining good relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers

Handle inbound customer queries professionally

Explain company services and offers clearly

Follow up with interested customers

Maintain records of calls and customer details

Achieve daily/weekly targets

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi / Basic English)

Smartphone or Laptop with good internet connection

Basic knowledge of calling and WhatsApp usage

Ability to convince and handle customers
