Role Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with hands-on experience in
software/product support to manage client queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a
high-quality user experience across our digital platforms. This role demands a
problem-solver mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle
technical queries with clarity and speed.
Key Responsibilities
● Provide L1/L2 support for software-related queries via calls, emails, and chat Troubleshoot issues related to trading platforms, CRM systems, and internal
tools
● Diagnose and resolve technical errors, login issues, system bugs, and user
navigation challenges
● Coordinate with technical/development teams for escalations and bug tracking
● Maintain proper ticketing, documentation, and follow-up on customer issues
● Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) and high customer satisfaction
● Educate customers on product features, usage, and best practices
● Identify recurring issues and proactively suggest process/product
improvements
Candidate Profile
Attribute Detail
Experience 1–3 years in customer support (preferably software/technical support)
System Knowledge Strong understanding of software systems, troubleshooting, and user handling
Tool Familiarity Familiarity with ticketing tools, CRM systems, or SaaS platforms
Communication Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Work Style Ability to handle pressure, prioritize issues, and manage multiple queries
Advantage Basic knowledge of financial/trading platforms is an added advantage

Compensation
The salary for this position is competitive:
● Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skill set)
