Job Title: Customer Support Executive Order Processing (Office Based)
About the Role We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for managing customer orders and ensuring smooth order execution.
This role focuses on customer coordination and order processing, ensuring that orders are handled accurately and delivered on time.
Note: This is an office-based operational role and not a sales or tele-calling job. There are no cold-calling or daily calling targets.
Key Responsibilities
● Receive and process customer orders via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
● Accurately enter and manage orders in the system.
● Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
● Handle customer queries related to order status, product availability, and dispatch timelines.
● Update and track customer orders, communications, and follow-ups in the companys software system.
● Follow up with qualified leads and customer enquiries to understand requirements and assist with order processing.
Required Skills
● Good communication and coordination skills.
● Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email handling, and office software.
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
● Ability to handle multiple orders and follow-ups efficiently. What We Offer
