Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally and resolve queries promptly.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or complaints.
Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Record all interactions and update customer data as required.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and targets.
Non voice process - Chat and Email
Requirements
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus).
Ability to handle pressure and manage difficult conversations politely.
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends.
Prior BPO/customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
