Job Summary:
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive for an International Process. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, a neutral accent, and the ability to handle global customers professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle international customer queries via voice, chat, or email.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Record and update customer interactions in CRM systems.
Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and CSAT.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant team.
Follow communication guidelines and company policies.
Required Qualifications:
Any graduate / fresher can apply.
Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory).
Neutral accent with clear pronunciation.
Strong listening and comprehension skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing skills).
Willing to work in rotational and night shifts.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in international voice process is a plus.
