Shift: UK Shift (1:30 PM – 2:00 AM)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week | 2 Rotational Offs
Salary: ₹4,25,000 CTC | Take Home: ₹28,595 per month
Job Role:
Join a leading UK Telecom process as a Customer Service Executive, handling both voice and non-voice support. The role focuses on assisting customers with their telecom-related queries, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls as well as non-voice customer service interactions.
Resolve queries related to telecom products/services.
Maintain customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or above.
Experience: Minimum 6 months of work experience (Customer Service preferred).
Good communication skills in English.
Comfortable with UK shifts (1:30 PM – 2:00 AM).
Willing to work from the Thane office.
