Customer Support candidate has to resolve the customer query on inbound call.

Candidate has to pitch the offers to customer in sales.

There is no target of sales.

Upselling is there.

Candidate will receive incentive for their sales and there is unlimited incentives.

Both side Shuttle service will be provided to employees from nearest metro station.
