L2 Support Executive

Positions: 4

Salary: 18,000 to 25000

Job Location: Nungambakkam (Chennai)

Technical Expertise:

Knowledge: Strong understanding of internet and troubleshooting.

Experience: Hands-on experience with network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) and diagnostic tools.

Troubleshooting Skills:

Ability: Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving complex internet connectivity issues.

Tools: Familiarity with tools for network analysis and monitoring (e.g., Ping, Traceroute, etc).

Experience:

Previous Role: At least 2-3 years of experience in a Technical support role, preferably with a focus n internet or network issues.

Exposure: Experience with common operating systems Windows, Linux) and network services.
