Location: Domlur

10 Days training will be provided in the Office later it will be a WFH Job

Collection Executive - Internship Opportunity

6 days working and 1 day week off

Shift: Day Shift

No outstation will be considered.

Laptop provided for WFH. Lunch provided for WFO employees

Languages - English with any

Stipend will be provided 10000 per month + Incentives

Points that must be communicated to candidates

1. It's an Internship opportunity. After 3 months, they will become eligible for FTE conversion based on their performance

Role - What’s expected of you:

Monitor accounts: Regularly check accounts for payments

Contact customers: Reach out to customers to discuss their debts and payment options

Negotiate payment plans: Create and propose payment plans for customers who are behind on payments

Process payments: Accept payments and refunds from customers

Resolve issues: Help customers with billing and credit problems

Develop strategies: Create plans to collect debts and improve cash flow

Prepare reports: Create reports on collection activities and progress

Maintain records: Keep accurate records of collection activities

Follow legal processes
