Job Description – Customer Support Executive (Chat Process)

Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Chat Process
Company: Click Retina
Location: Work From Office / On-Site
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

About the Role

Click Retina is looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional support to our customers through live chat. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to handle multiple customer conversations while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and timely manner.
Resolve customer concerns related to products, services, billing, and technical issues.
Provide accurate information and guide customers toward appropriate solutions.
Maintain a positive and empathetic approach while interacting with customers.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department whenever required.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Meet defined response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets.
Follow company SOPs, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining service quality.
