We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Support Executive to join our team in the ISP industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills and a basic understanding of internet technologies.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic internet connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, router/modem configurations, etc.).
Coordinate with the technical field team for on-site issue resolution when needed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and gather feedback.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level technical support.
Provide product and service information to customers as required.
Adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
