Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Support Executive to join our team in the ISP industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills and a basic understanding of internet technologies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic internet connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, router/modem configurations, etc.).

  • Coordinate with the technical field team for on-site issue resolution when needed.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and gather feedback.

  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level technical support.

  • Provide product and service information to customers as required.

  • Adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
