Job Role:
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive (Female) to handle customer queries, ensure timely resolution, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle customer queries and provide accurate solutions

· Follow up with customers and manage objections professionally

· Update and maintain customer data in CRM

· Collect and share customer feedback with internal teams

· Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution

Requirements:

· Good communication skills in English & Hindi

· Calm, empathetic, and customer-oriented attitude

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM)

· Ability to manage time and multitask

· Prior customer support experience preferred
