Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. You will be the first point of contact for parents, schools, and transport partners, ensuring smooth communication, resolving queries, and delivering exceptional service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and promptly.

  • Respond to customer queries and complaints via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

  • Provide detailed information about transport services, schedules, and safety measures.

  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely service delivery.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.

  • Monitor real-time vehicle tracking and update parents when necessary.

  • Support the onboarding of new customers by explaining service details and guiding them through the registration process.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department or management timely.

  • Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.

  • Maintain a calm and empathetic attitude while dealing with escalations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service (transport, logistics, or education sector preferred)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Kannada, English, and Hindi preferred)

  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

  • Good understanding of CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under minimal supervision

  • Empathetic attitude towards customers with a service-driven mindset
