Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. You will be the first point of contact for parents, schools, and transport partners, ensuring smooth communication, resolving queries, and delivering exceptional service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and promptly.
Respond to customer queries and complaints via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Provide detailed information about transport services, schedules, and safety measures.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
Monitor real-time vehicle tracking and update parents when necessary.
Support the onboarding of new customers by explaining service details and guiding them through the registration process.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department or management timely.
Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
Maintain a calm and empathetic attitude while dealing with escalations.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in customer service (transport, logistics, or education sector preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Kannada, English, and Hindi preferred)
Strong listening, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Good understanding of CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under minimal supervision
Empathetic attitude towards customers with a service-driven mindset
