Technical Support/Customer Support Executive

Job description:

• Provide technical support to clients/customers via calls or emails, troubleshooting hardware and software issues efficiently.

• Assist in setting up and configuring desktop software, hardware, and access control systems while supporting software and operating system updates.

• Maintain detailed logs of support interactions, troubleshooting steps, and product usage data for documentation and reporting.

• Preferred BE/Diploma in Electronics, with strong English communication skills and willingness to attend a face-to-face interview.

• Salary will be based on interview performance.
