Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Executive / Senior Executive to join our Customer Service (Email & Chat) team. The ideal candidate will have strong written communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences through digital support channels.

Key Responsibilities

• 💬 Handle customer queries efficiently through email and chat channels.

• 📧 Manage and maintain the Customer Care mailbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

• 🕓 Ensure all customer interactions are handled within defined SLAs and quality standards.

• 🧩 Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly.

• 📊 Document and update customer interactions in the CRM system.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 🎓 Graduate in any stream.

• 🕓 Minimum 6 month to 2 years of experience in Email & Chat customer service processes.

• 🗣 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• 💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• 🏦 Basic understanding of Retail Assets and Customer Service email transactions.

• 🤝 Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude.
