We are hiring Customer Support Executives (Voice Agents) to handle customer queries, provide resolutions, and ensure superior service delivery as per ICICI Lombard standards. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset.
Handle & resolve customer queries/concerns on calls while ensuring quality standards.
Document transactions, update systems, and follow up with relevant teams.
Provide accurate product/process information to customers.
Influence customers to buy or retain products/services using defined scripts.
Manage irate customers with patience and professionalism.
Meet performance targets while maintaining service excellence.
Participate in process improvement initiatives.
Graduate (Full-time/Part-time).
0–3 years of BPO (domestic/international) experience.
Fluent communication in English & Hindi.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and computer skills.
Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
