Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller with 0-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and setting appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our cleaning services.

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about our services.

• Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.

• Maintain a database of customer information and call logs.

• Follow up with potential clients to ensure they understand our services and offerings.

• Achieve daily and weekly call targets.

• Provide excellent customer service and address client queries effectively.

Requirements:

• 0.6-2 years of experience in a tele-calling or customer service role.

• Graduate (Any Discipline)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to persuade and influence potential clients.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
