Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller with 0-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and setting appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our cleaning services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about our services.
Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
Maintain a database of customer information and call logs.
Follow up with potential clients to ensure they understand our services and offerings.
Achieve daily and weekly call targets.
Provide excellent customer service and address client queries effectively.

Requirements:

0.6-2 years of experience in a tele-calling or customer service role.
Graduate (Any Discipline)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and influence potential clients.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
