Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Chat Process (Part-Time)(work from office only)

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the position of Customer Support Executive – Chat Process (Part-Time). The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries through chat and providing prompt and accurate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via chat in a professional manner

Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues

Maintain proper records of customer interactions

Ensure customer satisfaction with timely responses

Follow company guidelines and process standards

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

Good communication skills in English (Written)

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to work in rotational shifts

Salary:

₹7,000 per month

Shift Details:

Rotational shift between 7:00 PM to 1:00 AM

Working Hours: 4 hours 30 minutes per day

Rotational Week Off
