Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Location: Andheri (East) & Thane, Mumbai
Shift: Night Shift (Only for Male Candidates)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Rotational Offs)
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. The role involves managing customer relationships, ensuring timely renewals, resolving queries, and delivering outstanding service to maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries efficiently.
Guide customers through product and service offerings and assist with renewals.
Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally while maintaining proper documentation.
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to promote trust and loyalty.
Follow up proactively with customers to ensure renewals and minimize churn.
Collaborate with internal departments such as billing, technical, and operations for issue resolution.
Prepare periodic reports and track key metrics like renewal rates and customer satisfaction.
Open to male candidates only.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
Prior experience in customer service, relationship management, renewals, or retention roles preferred.
Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (In-hand / CTC – to be confirmed)
5-day work week with rotational offs.
