Male - Freshers with good english communication

Female - 1YR TO 3YRS

Day shift

Salary - 20k to 40k take home

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the MD’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring proper preparation and follow-ups.

Handle confidential documents and correspondence with the highest level of discretion.

Act as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and inquiries for the MD.

Organize and maintain an efficient filing system for easy retrieval of documents.

Assist in preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes when required.
