Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat
Assist with loan application, disbursal, repayment, and closure
Explain loan terms, interest, fees, and repayment schedules
Resolve complaints and escalate issues when required
Update customer interactions in CRM systems
Follow RBI/NBFC compliance and service quality standards
Basic understanding of loans and KYC processes
0.6-3 years’ experience in customer support (lending/fintech preferred)
