Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming leads from IndiaMART, Instagram, and WhatsApp and ensure a timely response to every enquiry.

  • Maintain proper lead management, ensuring all enquiries are recorded and organised systematically.

  • Do regular and proper follow-ups with customers to keep the conversation active and move towards order confirmation.

  • Ensure that all communication with customers is polite, professional, and helpful.

  • Provide customers with correct product details, basic pricing information, and guide them towards the sales process.

  • Coordinate with the sales team whenever detailed quotations or discussions are required.

  • Maintain proper lead tracking, including enquiry status, follow-ups, and potential conversions.

  • Make maximum efforts to convert leads into sales by maintaining strong communication and timely follow-ups.

  • Ensure that no lead remains unanswered and that every enquiry receives proper attention.
