🔹 Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions with professionalism
Resolve queries through calls, emails, and chats (70% mails, 30% calls)
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Work towards delivering a great customer experience every day

🔹 Requirements
✔️ Experience: Minimum 6 months in a Customer Support role (Freshers can apply)
✔️ Language: Hindi (mandatory)
✔️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔️ Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with support tools
✔️ Positive attitude and willingness to learn

🕒 Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
🕒 Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
