Role Overview:

We are hiring experienced professionals for an international voice process. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to handle customer interactions efficiently.

Manage inbound and outbound calls for an international voice process.

Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively.

Meet performance and compliance metrics as per organizational standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Graduates only (mandatory).

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Other Skills: Problem-solving ability, adaptability, and customer-centric mindset.

Compensation:

For CSVAR B2 (Score 65-71): ₹5.6 LPA

For CSVAR C1 (Score 72 and above): ₹6.5 LPA
