🔹 Position: Customer Support Associate (CSA)

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic E-Commerce Sales Process team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about customer service, sales, communication, and career growth in the corporate environment.

🕒 Shift Timing:

10:00 AM – 07:00 PM

📅 Working Days:

6 Days a Week

🛑 Week Off:

1 Rotational Week Off


💰 Salary:

Up to ₹12,000 per month
(Earnings based on performance & communication skills)


👥 Experience Required:

  • Freshers are highly encouraged to apply

  • Experienced candidates in telecalling, sales, BPO, or customer support are preferred


📌 Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers for product promotion, order placement, and follow-up.

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, delivery, and services.

  • Provide accurate information and maintain professionalism during calls.

  • Achieve daily and weekly sales targets as assigned by the team leader.

  • Maintain customer records and update the database with relevant information.

  • Ensure excellent customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

  • Work closely with the team to improve call processes and sales performance.
