*Job Title: Customer Support Executive*
*Job Summary*
We need a patient and helpful Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and ensure a smooth experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers via call, chat, or email.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Answer inbound calls/chats/emails and resolve customer issues
- Explain product/service features, billing, and troubleshooting steps
- Log tickets and follow up till the issue is closed
- Maintain customer data and update CRM after every interaction
- Meet quality and TAT targets given by the team lead
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the product team
*Requirements*
- *Education*: 12th Pass / Graduate. Any stream
- *Experience*: 0-2 years. Freshers welcome. BPO/Call center exp is a plus
- *Skills*: Good communication in Hindi + English. Basic computer & typing speed
- *Traits*: Patient, empathetic, problem-solving attitude
- *Shift*: Ready to work in rotational shifts if required
