We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Aswini Homeo And Ayurvedic Products Private Limited. This role involves handling customer calls, managing social media interactions, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to E-commerce. The role offers a salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Respond to customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.
Handle tele-calling activities, including follow-up calls and customer engagement.
Monitor and respond to customer comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and resolutions.
Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues.
Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
Ensure a positive customer experience across phone, social media, and other communication channels.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
0–1 year of experience in customer support, telecalling, or a related field.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and customer interaction etiquette.
Ability to maintain customer records and coordinate with internal teams.
Willingness to work 6 days a week in the Day Shift.
