In this role, you will handle customer queries across email, chat, and phone, provide exceptional customer support, and ensure a seamless experience for customers purchasing our premium incense and pooja essentials.
The ideal candidate is empathetic, solution-oriented, and passionate about helping customers. You will assist with orders, returns, exchanges, product guidance, and complaint resolution while collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
