We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with 6 months of experience who can handle customer queries efficiently, provide excellent service, and ensure a smooth customer experience across all communication channels.
Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats.
Resolve customer queries with accuracy and professionalism.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Provide timely follow-up and ensure complete issue resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address complex issues.
Deliver high-quality customer experience and meet daily performance targets.
Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support (voice/non-voice).
Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Problem-solving attitude with customer-first mindset.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Fluency in Hindi & English (add more languages if needed).
