We are hiring enthusiastic and responsible candidates for office-based customer support and post-sales service roles in our Insurance, Mutual Fund, and Stock Market division.The selected candidates will be responsible for handling client servicing, data management, documentation, and follow-up work after policy or investment sales.Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries related to insurance, mutual funds, and stock investments.Manage policy renewals, redemptions, and fund switch requests.Coordinate with clients and respective companies for claim support, policy servicing, and KYC updates.Maintain client records, prepare reports, and update CRM systems.Provide back-office support to sales and operations teams.Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients through calls, emails, or WhatsApp.🔹 Skills Required:Basic knowledge of insurance / mutual funds / stock market.Strong communication and customer service skills.Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Emailing).Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.Freshers with good learning attitude are welcome.🔹 Qualifications:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (B.Com, BBA, or related field preferred)Experience: 0–3 years in customer service, office work, or financial services🔹 Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)Performance Incentives for excellent client servicingTraining support on financial products and systemsGrowth opportunities within the company
