Salary

Up to ₹19,000 CTC per month

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests through Chat, Voice, and Email channels

• Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer concerns

• Follow up with customers to ensure complete issue resolution

• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality

• Document customer interactions accurately
  

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Immediate joiners preferred
