Position: Business Associate (Back Office Operations)

Job Location:
Phase II, Panchkula, Haryana

Job Responsibilities

Handle back-office operations by resolving customer complaints through email communication.
Ensure timely and accurate closure of complaints.
Maintain quality standards while handling email-based queries.
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to ensure effective issue resolution.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,500 – ₹16,500 per month (Based on Interview & Experience)
Performance-based Allowances & Incentives
Night Shift Allowance (Applicable for Male Candidates)

Training Details

Training Duration: 3 Weeks (21–25 Days)
Training Stipend: ₹381 per working day

Shift Details

Flexible / Rotational Shifts
Rotational Weekly Offs
Working Hours: 9 Hours (8 Hours Working + 1 Hour Break)

Shift Allocation

Female Candidates: Rotational Day Shifts between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM
Male Candidates: Rotational Day & Night Shifts (Night Shift Allowance Applicable)

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation in any discipline OR
3-Year Diploma after 12th

Skills Required

Good written English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Good typing speed and attention to detail.
