Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a voice process role. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Eligibility Criteria:

Languages Required: Excellent English (Mandatory) + Hindi / Tamil / Malayalam / Marathi / Gujarati

Qualification: Graduate (Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply)

Work Details:

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Working Hours:

Male Candidates: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Female Candidates: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM

(Any 8 hours within the above time slots)

Working Days: 5 days working, 2 rotational week offs

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹20,000 take-home per month

Cab Facility: Not provided
