• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Introduce customers to the brand’s latest offerings, collections, and promotions.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate store recommendations based on their location.
• Encourage and guide customers to visit their nearest store.
• Maintain accurate call records and customer data in the system.
• Follow up with interested leads and ensure store footfall conversion.
• Achieve daily/weekly lead generation targets and KPIs.
• Maintain a polite, professional, and positive tone in all customer interactions.

• Proficiency in Hindi and English Versant - 4(spoken).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
