Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive who can manage customer interactions efficiently while maintaining accurate data records. The candidate should be comfortable handling a high volume of calls daily and have working knowledge of basic Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally
Provide timely issue resolution and escalate cases when required
Maintain and update customer records, reports, and call logs in Excel/CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups and issue closures
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
Meet daily call handling and productivity targets
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in customer support / customer service
Good communication and customer handling skills
Ability to manage high call volumes
Basic to good Excel knowledge is mandatory (data entry, filters, sorting, basic formulas, reports)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
Experience using CRM or ticketing tools
Good follow-up and documentation skills
Hindi and English communication preferred
