Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Customer Service Specialist. The role involves supporting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction through excellent communication and efficient problem-solving. You will handle customer interactions through phone calls, provide a positive customer experience, and ensure seamless service delivery.
